John Grubb
Co-Owner of Big Bear bringing over 25 years of international event production experience to Big Bear, leading the company with technical expertise, precision and calm authority. Having worked on world-class productions including Cirque du Soleil, The X Factor Australia and Riverdance, John specialises in large-scale event delivery, technical design, rigging and comprehensive health & safety planning. His meticulous approach ensures every project is structurally sound, strategically managed and flawlessly executed from first concept to final curtain.
